How to send Login Details for Mobile App

The Mobile Apps provide Applicants, Members, Clients and Professionals access to different functions of the system that their user type is allowed. To gain access to the Portal or Mobile App, Users require a Login ID and Password created by the system and sent to the User via email.

Follow these steps to send login details:

  • Select "Logins" from the Main Menu Bar and select the User type you wish to send login details to.

  • On the "View Login details" screen, you can apply a direct search by using the "Search By" field and entering search information.

  • Or you are able to filter by using the available filter boxes under Login Name, Login ID, or Office Location.

  • Select all Users you wish to send the Login details for and then press: "Send Email to Members, Applicants, Clients, etc."
