How to Review Which Users Do Not Have the Updated App
Keeping your team on the latest app version ensures system stability and reduces avoidable issues.
Check who is using an old app
You can check which users are on outdated app versions via your App Usage Report in your admin dashboard.
Filter by IPHONE then 7.3 (does not contain) using two columns
Then filter by ANROID then 5.9 (does not contain)

What you need to do
For iPhone (iOS) users:
Ask all iPhone users to:

Go to the Apple App Store

Search for your app (e.g., WorkForce App)

Tap "Update" to ensure they are on the latest version.
For Android users:
Ask all Android users to:

Clear app data (cache):

Go to Settings > Apps > WorkForce > Storage > Clear Data & Clear Cache.

Delete the app:

Long-press the app > Tap Uninstall.

Re-install the app:

Go to the Google Play Store, search for your app, and reinstall.

Login as normal using their credentials.
