      How to log on - OVPN Windows

      The Entire OnHire Finance application can be accessed from your system once you are connected to the VPN. This document is developed specifically for the Windows Users to get connected with the Finance Application through Remote Desktop.

      How to Connect VPN

      To access the Entire OnHire Finance application, you should be connected to the VPN. Follow the steps explained below to connect your VPN:

      Step 1. Download OpenVPN Connect using this link – https://openvpn.net/client-connectvpn-for-windows/

      Step 2. Install the downloaded OpenVPN Connect file on your system.

      The VPN file is the user-specific file, and each Windows user will receive the .ovpn file through email from the Support Team with the Subject mail as “Finance Portal Users and Login Process”.

      Once you download your .ovpn file, by default check the downloaded VPN file in your Downloads folder.

      Step 3. Now, open the OpenVPN Connect app.

      Step 4. In the OpenVPN Connect, click File → Browse to upload the VPN file received from the Entire OnHire Team.

      Step 5. Select your .ovpn file and click Open. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the file into the OpenVPN Connect.

      Step 6. Click Connect

      Step 7. Finally, you will be connected with your VPN as shown in the figure below

      How to Connect to Entire OnHire Finance Application through Remote Desktop

      Step 1: Open Remote Desktop Connection as shown in the below screenshot. Input the Computer/Server IP address, User Name shared by the support@entiresoftware.com) (as shown in the below Screenshot)

      Step 2: Click on Show option to configure and map Local Resource drives with Entire OnHire finance Server.

      Step 3: Click on Local Resources tab and click More (as shown in the below figure).

      Step 4: Click “+” sign beside Drive option.

      Step 5: Select the drive in which you want to save the finance files. For example, you can select H Drive to save your files. Click OK.

      Step 6: Click Connect.

      Step 7: Click Connect.

      Step 8: Enter the RDP login and password which were shared by support@entiresoftware.com and click OK.

      Step 9: Click Yes.

      Step 10: Voila! You are now connected to the Remote Desktop. Now, you can access the Entire OnHire Finance application from this system.

      How to Access Entire OnHire Finance Application once logged in to Remote Desktop

      To access the Finance Application on your Remote Desktop:

      • Click the Entire OnHire Finance Application icon as shown in the figure below

      • Provide your login credential to log in to the finance application
