How to log on - OVPN MAC

Below are the Softwares which Clients need to install before Accessing Entire OnHire Finance Application. 

How to Connect VPN? 

To access the Entire OnHire Finance application. Follow the steps explained below to connect your VPN: 

Download OpenVPN Connect using this link –  OpenVPN Connect - VPN Software For MacOS | OpenVPN . 

 Install the downloaded OpenVPN Connect file on your system. 

The VPN file is the user specific file, and each MAC user will receive the .ovpn file through email from the support@xeople.com>  with the Subject mail as “Finance Login Process for MAC Users”. 

Note that the name of the VPN file is same as MAC user name with extension (.ovpn). For example, user name as “Name” will receive the file named as ‘Name.ovpn’.  

Once you download your .ovpn file, by default check the downloaded VPN file in your Downloads folder. 

  1. Now, open the OpenVPN Connect app.

  2. In the OpenVPN Connect, click Import Profile to upload the VPN file received from the Entire OnHire Team. 

 

3. Select your .ovpn file and click Open. 


4. Click Connect. 


5. Finally, you will be connected with your VPN as shown in the figure below. 


How to Connect to Entire OnHire Finance Application through Remote Desktop? 

Once you are successfully connected to your VPN, now connect your Remote Desktop. Follow the step explained below: 

  • Open Microsoft Remote Desktop and click the plus icon.  

  • Click Add PC as shown in the figure below. 

 

  • Provide the IP address provided by the Entire OnHire Team in PC Name.

  • Feel Free to Update the Friendly Name to - Entire Finance Portal” to easier recognise it

  •  

    Then add your creditnals by clicking on the below option and enter the password provided to you from our support team which is not the same as your staff portal
    User Name will start with entirehr\ and then your password will be provided by the team!
    Click add and this will use it every time so you do not have to type it each time
     
     

Now, choose the folders that you want to access in the remote session. Click Folders and check Redirect Folders. 

    • Now, choose the folders that you want to access in the remote session. Click Folders and check Redirect Folders. 

    • Click the + icon to add the folder where you want to save the files. 

    • Select the Folder here and click Open. Here the ‘Desktop’ folder is getting mapped to allow you to save the files. 


  • Follow the Step 5 and 6 and you can map multiple paths as per your requirement. 

  • Click Add and the PC is added with the provided IP address name. 

  • Double click on the PC and the below pop-up appears. You may receive the confirmation message as shown in the figure below. Click Continue. 

  • Voila! You are now connected to the Remote Desktop. Now, you can access the Entire OnHire Finance application from this system. 

How to Access Entire OnHire Finance Application once you are logged in to Remote Desktop? 

To access the Finance Application in your Remote Desktop: 

  • Click the Entire OnHire Finance Application icon as shown in the figure below. 

  • As a final step, use your staff portal credentials to log in to the finance application.
