How to create multiple Sleepover Shift at once.
Updating Multi-Booking Shifts with Additional Shift Details
You can now add details to multi-booking shifts for:

Travel
-
Allowances
-
Active Worked Hours (for active shifts)
-
Sleepover Hours (for sleepover shifts)
-
On-Call
-
Meal Breaks
-
Other
These details can be accessed and applied via the Additional Shift Details screen. Simply click on the shift details you want to add, and the relevant screen will open for modifications.
Steps to Apply Additional Shift Details to Multi-Booking Shifts
When creating a multi-booking shift for a specified period date (up to 14 days), all additional shift details entered will be consistently applied across each generated shift.
Step 1: Enter Basic Shift Details

Ensure all standard shift details are entered.

Set the period date before adding additional shift details.
Step 2: Add Sleepover Hours

Click on Sleepover Hours to apply them across all shifts in the period.

No specific dates will be displayed, as the details apply to all shifts.

Once entered, click the 'X' icon in the top-right corner to close the window.
Step 3: Confirm the Shift Details

The period dates and sleepover hours will now be applied to all shifts.

Click "Confirm Shifts" (Do not click "Add Shifts to List").
Step 4: Final Confirmation

All 14 shifts (or the number selected) will be entered and flagged correctly with sleepover hours.

Review to ensure all details are accurately applied before finalizing.
It is important to note that in Multi Booking:
- The additional details entered for the shift will not be applied to any other shifts created using the Re Occurrence option
- The shifts with additional details cannot be added to the Add Shift(s) to list option
