How to add an Addition or Deduction to a Members Profile

To add an addition or deduction to a member please go to their member card - Additions and Deductions

You will be required to follow in the mandatory fields.

Dollar Value (999.99 max) or Percentage Value (100% max)

This is the date you want it to apply - whatever date you choose it will do the corresponding payweek

If continuing how many pays would this affect

TAX EXEMPTED

If Ticked - it will not be taxed

SUPER EXEMPTED

If Ticked - it will not have super applied

DOCKET

Did you want it to apply to a specific docket

END DATE

If a period date a - date b, when does this end

THESHOLD TYPE

 

AMT THRESHOLD (NET)

Annual Gross Income Threshold - They must earn above this amount in a financial year for the deduction/addition to be paid.

Payrun Gross Income Threshold - They must earn above this amount for the payrun (Weekly/Monthly) for the deduction/addition to be made.

Deduct till Balance Debt Amount - Put total amount owed to be deducted, hence it will not exceed this amount for deduction.
