How do I clear data (cache) for the WorkForce app on my iPhone?

To clear data for the WorkForce app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
  2. Scroll down and find the "App" section.
  3. Locate and select the "WorkForce" app from the list.
  4. Inside the app settings, you should see the option “Storage” - Select it.
  5. Tap on "Clear Data" and “Clear Cache” to remove the cached data.
  6. Then delete the app:
    • Long-press the WorkForce app icon on your home screen until it jiggles.
    • Tap the "X" icon to delete the app.
  7. Reinstall the app from the Play Store:
    • Visit the Play Store on your device.
    • Search for "WorkForce" and select the app.
    • Tap "Install" to reinstall the app.
