How do I clear data (cache) for the WorkForce app on my iPhone?
To clear data for the WorkForce app, follow these steps:
- Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and find the "App" section.
- Locate and select the "WorkForce" app from the list.
- Inside the app settings, you should see the option “Storage” - Select it.
- Tap on "Clear Data" and “Clear Cache” to remove the cached data.
- Then delete the app:
- Long-press the WorkForce app icon on your home screen until it jiggles.
- Tap the "X" icon to delete the app.
- Reinstall the app from the Play Store:
- Visit the Play Store on your device.
- Search for "WorkForce" and select the app.
- Tap "Install" to reinstall the app.
