How can I identify shifts that were booked directly by a professional/client?

To identify shifts entered by professionals:

1. Go to the Current Booking Details report.

2. Export the report to Excel.

3. In the Excel file, filter the "Created By" column for entries that contain "PRF:"

   

This will display all shifts during the selected period that were booked directly by professionals.
