Applicant Portal Overview

Providing Applicant access to the Applicant Portal

To Provide Access to an applicant without an interview do the following.

If the Member is booked for an interview they have access to the portal

 

Accessing the Applicant Portal

You are able to access Applicant portals from

Select the Applicants name and it will open their portal in a new tab

 

Applicant Portal

It is important to note that an applicant must select save and continue on each page. 

Dashboard

On the Home Page, you are able to see Application Instructions and Progress Chart.

  • Red - Mandatory, Not completed
  • Orange - Optional, Not completed
  • Green - Completed

Personal

Within this section, you would need to fill in

  • Personal Details - Name, DOB, Do they own a car, Do they identify as Aboriginal / Torres Strait Islander?

  • Contact Details - Email, Phone number/s

  • Emergency Contact - Next of Kin information

  • Applicant Comments - Any comments the applicant may have

  • Address - Any Postal addresses they may have

     

Education

This section allows the member to apply for multiple qualifications and lists Expertise

Health

Within this section, an applicant can upload a Mandatory/option document with expiry dates etc and save

Training

Within this section, an applicant can upload a Mandatory/option document with expiry dates etc and save

 

Registration

Within this section, an applicant must update their Registration, Police Check and WWC

 

Visa Details

If a member is on a visa they must have no and fill in the details below

If the member is a resident - it must be yes and they have to click “Save and Complete Stage”

 

Competencies

Within this section, there will be short answer, yes or no or multiple choice questions the applicant must answer

References

This will open a new tab for the applicant to provide their referees

Finance

Within this section, an Applicant can be updated

  • TFN - Where the applicant need to fill out all tax information. The name and address should be greyed and and you are unable to edit this information. This takes the information from what they have entered in their personal details.

  • Super - Their chosen Super fund. If their chosen fund is not there, you will need to add this in under - Superannuation

  • Banking Details - Which bank they would like their payments to go to. They are allowed to enter multiple here. 

  • Payment Details - How they want to receive their payslips, email or Post

Policies

Within this section, an applicant has to read an assigned company’s global policies

Document

Within this section, an applicant can upload Mandatory documents which will appear based on the qualification selected. If required they can go to “Add new Documents” And all of the optional ones will appear for them to upload

We suggest updating you page description to include what would be optional/Ideal
