9.4 - Enhancement - Import Shifts - New Status

In the Import Shifts feature, a new Shift Entered status is added as an option when configuring the template.  The newly imported shifts will carry through to the Staff Portal's Client Allocation page.

  • In the Import Shifts Template Configuration tab, the Shift Status includes an additional option as Shift Entered. Configure the new template with the new shift status and click Save

  • In the Import File tab, click Download Excel Template and the new template will download

  • The downloaded Import Excel template shows the Shift Status as Client Confirmed, Member Accepted, Member Assigned, Shift Booked, Shift Entered, and Timesheet Submitted. You need to fill in all the required details in the template

  • Now, Select the file to Import and click Read and Import, and the Import Shift(s) Confirmation pop-up appears

  • Provide your notes (if any) and click Submit. The Shifts/Timesheets are now successfully submitted
  • Shift Import - Shift Status5You can view the successfully imported shift in the Client Allocation page

  • In the Import Shifts, you can view the log file in the Logs tab

  • You can also view the log file via the Client Allocation page. The Shift Log file displays:
    • Date and Time
    • Action - shows the Shift Status as selected in the Excel file
    • Staff  - shows the name of the Staff
    • Member - shows the name of the Member
    • Notes - shows the notes (if provided)
    • Reason Desc - show the name of the Excel file
    • Professional - shows the name of the Professional
