9.4 - Enhancement - Unchecked Contact Log

In version 9.4, we have changed the default setting of the Contact Log. Previously its default status was pre-selected.

The Contact Log/ Create Log checkbox is unchecked now across the application. To generate the log, a user needs to check the Contact Log/ Create Log checkbox. 

The Contact Log/ Create Log checkbox is now unticked in the following system screens:

  • Recruitment: Screening popup - send SMS popup
  • Recruitment: Inbox, Callback, Left Message screen SMS & Email popup (shown below)
  • Recruitment: Review Onhold / Rejected Applications SMS & Email popup
  • Recruitment: Re-enrol SMS & Email popup
  • Recruitment: Re-enrol Screening popup send SMS popup
  • Member Employment Status screen
  • Talent Search: SMS & Email popup
  • Member Availability: SMS popup
  • Contact Members: SMS & Email popup
  • Logins Screen: Applicants, Members, Clients & Professional
  • Allocation: Member Send SMS popup
  • Allocation: Client Send SMS popup
  • Allocation Booking Ratio SMS popup
