📥 Importing Members Documents Details into Entire OnHire

1️⃣ Navigate to Data Manaagement 

Head to the "Data Management" section in the main menu and select "Import Member Documents".

2️⃣ Download the Template

Click on "Download Template" to get the correct format for uploading your member data.

📌 Instructions:

  • This feature is designed to bulk upload or update documents for multiple members quickly.

  • Documents are imported based on the Email ID of the member and must include:

    • Document Name (must match exactly with what's in Document Master)

    • Reference Number (if required for that document type)

    • Start Date and Expiry Date (if required)

  • Format supported: .csv only

  • To ensure accuracy, download the sample CSV file before uploading.

📋 Template Includes:

  • Email ID

  • Document Name (must match word-for-word from Document Master)

  • Reference Number (optional unless required)

  • Start Date (optional unless required)

  • Expiry Date (optional unless required)

⚠️ Note: This process does not import the actual document files or snapshots. If you need to attach files, you must upload them manually in each member’s Personal Card.


3️⃣ Upload Your File

Once your template is completed, return to the Import Member Documents page and upload the file.

📌 Important Details:

  • Maximum of 300 records per upload

  • File format must be .csv

  • If there are errors, an error file will be generated with notes for correction
