How to fix the Workforce app “Request is not valid” error (iPhone and Android) - For members

How do I fix the Workforce app after the latest release? (iPhone and Android)

If you are having issues with the Workforce app after the new release, follow the steps below for your device. You need to delete and reinstall the app. Android users must also clear the app cache first.

Updating the app alone will not fix this issue. Follow every step in order. Do not skip any steps.

For iPhone (iOS) users

Delete the app first, then reinstall it from the App Store.

  1. Touch and hold the Workforce app icon.
  2. Tap Remove App.
  3. Tap Delete App.
  4. Tap Delete to confirm.
  5. Open the App Store or click Workforce App - App Store
  6. Find the Workforce app
  7. Reinstall the Workforce app.
  8. Open the Workforce app to check whether the issue is resolved.
For Android users

Clear the app cache first, delete the app second, then reinstall it from the Google Play Store.

Clear the app cache

  1. Open the Settings app on your Android device.
  2. Tap Apps (on some devices this is called Apps and notifications).
  3. Select Workforce
  4. Tap Storage.
