What is the difference between "Get All Shifts" and "Get New Shifts"
-
Withdraw is a client withdrawal - not an agency withdrawal.
-
Therefore it is for when you know that it has been withdrawn or is no longer available then you can remove it
-
-
Get all shifts -
-
this is only bringing active/open shifts through and auto-removing the no longer available shifts
-
Hence why it will bring back the withdrawn shifts if it is still available on the client’s end
-
-
If you are using this - You do not need to use withdraw
-
-
Get new shifts -
-
this will only charge and retrieve the new shifts and the withdrawn shifts will remove and not come back
-
Please note that in our system if you are withdrawing and then going get all shifts - you are essentially being double charged by Shift Match - hence why we suggest using one method or the other.
