Process Timesheets

Within this section, you are to confirm timesheets, print out timesheets and export to excel

Within this screen, you select your date range and it will show all the timesheets as shown above

You are able to filter by selecting what is shown below and this will only show the timesheets pending client approval!

The Coloumns are

  • Select- Enables you to select the particular shift by ticking up the box.

  • Docket Number - If you select this - it will download the single docket for you

  • Member Name - This will bring up the member card

  • Service Location - If you select this if will bring up the contact information

  • Area - This will display the delivery location of the shift.

  • Qual - This explains the qualification of the Member under this shift.

  • Expertise - It displays the expertise of the Member under this shift.

  • Shift Date - Date, for which the allocation was created in the system.

  • Timesheet submitted date/time - Date, when timesheet is submitted for the shift.

  • Day - Weekday of the shift.

  • Shift - This will explain the shift type, i.e - AM/PM/NS.

  • Start - This explains the shift start time.

  • End - This explains the shift End time.

  • Break - This will display the hours of break, consumed through that shift.

  • Hours worked - It will display the total hours for the shift worked, please note, if hours are shown in red it means there has been a change of time when the timesheet was submitted.

  • Client action? - This will show whether it has been approved, disputed or pending for Client Approval

From here you have 3 options once you have selected your timesheets

  • Confirm docket - This will confirm the docket and it will leave this section

  • Print Uploaded Dockets - This will allow you to export to PDF all timesheets selected within the one file for you to save as well as allow you to use to manually import to your payroll etc.

  • Export to Excel - This will export a summary of all timesheets within that period
