How to Dispute Timesheet in Old Client Portal with Additional Shift Details?
The Client can now dispute member's timesheets without modifying the start time, end time, or break minutes, however, it is mandatory to provide the Client Notes when submitting a dispute.
When the Additional Shift Details (including sleepover, allowances, travel, or other details) are available in the member's timesheet submission, an orange alert icon is displayed adjacent to the timesheet and on mouse hover, the alert message is displayed.
This alert message indicates the Additional Shift Details (including sleepover, allowances, travel, or other details) have been submitted by the member for approval.
On clicking the member's timesheet that includes Additional Shift details, the Review Timesheet screen opens. This screen also includes the Additional Shift Details alert message as shown in the figure below.
If you want to raise a dispute for the member's timesheet submission that includes Additional Shift details, an alert message will prompt you to provide mandatory Client Notes. Review the Additional Shift Details submitted by the member and share your feedback in the Client Notes section for the payroll team's attention.
