Why are some members not appearing in my Been B4 searches under delivery locations?

If you have some members that are not appearing in the been B4 searches for a delivery location please ensure you have your 'Allocation Searches - Show "Been B4" data as per Service Location instead of Delivery Location Toggle' switched to ON in the settings.
