What is the difference between the application status 'Onhold' and 'On Hold'?
When an applicant's application status is 'Deferred', they might have a Personnel Status of 'Onhold' or 'On Hold' - these two statuses, whilst aloud are the same, have slightly different meanings in the context of the system:
- The status 'On Hold' applies when an applicant completed and interview and afterwards, the recruiter marked them as on hold & deferred
- The status 'Onhold' applies when no interview was completed and the applicant was marked as onhold and deferred
Whilst there is a difference in the status name, it will not affect any other functionality from the Deferred section of the inbox.
