What do I do if my Entire system is running slow?
In this case, please complete the following steps and send through to the support team:
- Complete an internet speed test - this makes sure that we can rule this out as a factor and streamlines the investigation process, it is typically quick (roughly 30 seconds) and makes a big difference to the team:
- Review your allocations execution time - this can be found by completing a refresh/filter on the allocations page - found in the top right-hand corner of the page. This is further evidence of how well your system is running and is very useful to any investigation:
- Finally, please try as an initial troubleshooting step to clear your cache and try using another browser such as Edge or incognito mode on Chrome. These steps are useful as it can provide an immediate solution for your team - meaning the issue is browser-based and the tech team will immediately work to fix it (this is very helpful to the investigation).
