TFN Report

Here you are able to report based on the Electronic Tax File Declaration and filter by

• Applicants / Members who have not Declared their TFN

• Applicants / Members have Declared TFN but still waiting to be process by Staff

• Applicants / Members TFN Declaration has been processed by staff but still not submitted to ATO

• Applicants / Members have not supplied TFN & # of grace period days left are over

• Applicants / Members who have not Declared their valid TFN

1. Reports - Member Reports - Electronic Tax File Declaration

   

   1. Then you are able to select the Filter(shown at the beginning of this article) and then either

      1. Report - which shows

         1. Employee ID

         2. First Name

         3. Last Name

         4. Their TDN Number

         5. Date when it was Declared

         6. What Tax Scale they Select

         7. #days left until they have to claim
            

            

      2. Export to Excel
         

         

      3. Exit

How to print or save Report

1. To Export please Select the highlight icon below then select the File Format
   

    

2. Then click Export, then it will load at the bottom of your browser for you to open and save on your computer
