      Requests and Restrictions Report

      This is where you can get a report based on current Member and Clients Requests and Restrictions in the system

       
      You are able to search and report by
      • Member Name

      • Service Locations

      • Delivery locations

      Or

      • By Group (Love or Hate)
      • By Individual (Client Request, Client Restriction, Member Request and Member Restriction)

      How to Access

      1. Reports

      2. Member Reports - Request and Restriction Report

         

      3. Fill in your Reporting Details

      4. Then Either Report (Shown Below) or Report to Excel straight away

        1. Date of when the restriction/Request was entered

        2. Members Name

        3. Is it a Member or Client Restriction

        4. The Service Location

          1. Delivery if selected

        5. Type of Request or Restriction

        6. Reason

        7. Staff

           

           

      How to print or save Report

      1. Select “Export to EXCEL”

      2. Then it will load at the bottom of your browser for you to open and save on your computer
