      How to end a User Session

      Ending a User Session in EntireOnhire - Step-by-Step Guide:

      EntireOnhire licensing works through concurrent users. This means if you have a subscription of 5 licenses, you can have a maximum of 5 users logged in at any given time. If a user does accidentally stay logged in, you can manually end their session for them. Please follow the below steps to end a user session:

      • Access Masters > EntireHR Users.

      • Anyone highlighted in green is currently logged in, so click the Standby icon against the user you want to end the session for.
