Flare HR

Introduction

Flare HR offers paperless onboarding, members benefit and management of the superannuation fund. The Superannuation Fund is an organizational program created for the benefit of members. This tool empowers members to submit or update their superannuation fund. The choice of superannuation fund is an important personal financial decision.

Entire OnHire has signed a strategic partnership with FlareHR to improve the onboarding process of applicants by automating the update of superannuation funds details without any manual intervention from staff users to maintain the latest superannuation funds. FlareHR is committed to maintaining the changes in the superannuation companies including any new super fund introduction. Due to this feature, the system automatically updates the Entire OnHire superannuation master without applicants or staff requesting a new super fund if missing.

Additionally, the partnership with FlareHR is a long-term relationship to introduce the benefits of early wage access for members to withdraw up to 35% of their salary immediately after submitting the timesheets within 24 hours without any agency obligation. For the successful payments withdrawals to members in the future out of Flare bank, it is important to have the correct financial details which are most up to date. We had numerous clients expressing concerns that members either did not know their super details or would enter the incorrect super details.

Please note - we cannot remove or swap to any other featured fund as it is a part of our strategic partnership with FlareHR and also the listing of funds is not controlled by us.

On completing onboarding, the superannuation fund selection allows members to select the existing superannuation fund, or the option to select a new Super Fund with ease.

The superannuation funds are mainly categorized as Major Funds and Self-Managed Funds. In Entire OnHire, the available superannuation funds are selected from the Default Fund, My Own Fund or Self-Managed Fund.

Before selecting your superannuation fund, always consider the relevant product disclosure statement and choose the Super Fund that is appropriate for you.

The superannuation selection experience is compliant with the Your Future, Your Super reforms. By ensuring all new members complete their super selection, they all make an active choice of super and can save administrative time looking up that member’s stapled fund via the ATO Business Portal.
