Client Allocations

Allocations Search Options

How do Client Allocations Searches work and how do they help me match a Member to a Shift?
There are several search options you can make use of when in EntireOnHire. These work to automatically match a Member with a shift requested by a client, usually by checking their entered "Availability" (either from the Apps, Portals or by internal staff members) and the basic requirements needed for the shift as per the client's needs.

The following information is always displayed within the search display

  • Matching Qualification of the Shift

  • Member will appear closest to further of the site location

  • Member Request and Restrictions

  • Client Requests and Restrictions

  • Each search will only show “Active” members

  • If the shift will breach a member visa hours they will appear in red and if you hover over their name it will tell you how many hours they will go over their visa
